Global Optimism brings together leaders working across climate and nature through international retreats, contemplative practice, and ongoing community engagement. My work has involved the development and production of international gatherings, alongside initiatives that support connection and engagement beyond the retreat experience.

This includes program coordination, participant journeys, partnerships, communications, community engagement, and the development of systems and infrastructure that support an evolving international network.

Beyond the Gathering

An important dimension of the work is exploring how the relationships formed during a retreat can continue once participants return to their daily lives.

Through alumni initiatives, digital infrastructure, ongoing programming, and opportunities for collaboration, the aim is to support a community that remains connected beyond individual events.
